When using the Planter.center website, you agree to the following conditions:
The Planter website (Planter.center) is a website on the Internet, which is a virtual store for the purchase of products and services by the public surfing the Internet.
The site is a site for the sale of decorative ornamental installations for hanging planters, for use at home and outside.
The purchase of the various items is done through the website only and according to the terms of these regulations.

The website operators may confirm or cancel any transaction and/or appointment without prior notice and/or notification of the customer. If there was a mistake in the price or description of a product, or if it turned out that there was an action contrary to these regulations on the part of the customer or a third party.
It is clarified that the “Planter” site may at any time change and/or stop its activity in whole or in part at the sole discretion of the site owners and without any need for prior notice of this without the user having any claims against it for this reason.
In any case where the item is out of stock, the owners or operators of the site may cancel the transaction or offer a replacement item, however without detracting from the above, “Planter” will not be responsible for any damage caused to the user directly or indirectly.

Our coupons apply to products at full price and are valid for your use on selected dates and/or while supplies last. Shipping Terms

The delivery dates of the items will be calculated starting from the day on which final approval was received from the credit companies.
The items purchased on the website will be provided subject to the fact that the credit card details filled in by the user are correct and that the transaction has been approved by the credit card company.
The items will be delivered according to the address typed by the user.
All orders are processed in the first 48 hours from the moment they are received in the website system, after receiving an order confirmation by email.
Worldwide Shipping – Your delivery will arrive at your doorstep/mail office center, within a range of up to 15-30 business days.
Shipping prices may change by the region of the world.
In any case where it will not be possible to make the delivery, such as: an area with restricted access from a security point of view, an incorrect address, etc., the website management will contact the user by mail to coordinate renewed delivery or self-collection.
The website management will not be responsible in any case of delay or delay in delivery originating from the postal and delivery companies and/or in case of force majeure, security situation, extreme weather, natural hazards, road blockage, strike or shutdown.
As long as the orderer is not located by the courier or alternatively if the orderer has approved in advance, the courier may leave the products where the orderer is not (including, but not limited to, at the door of the orderer’s house, at a business and/or with someone on his behalf). The website management reserves the right to require the user to be present at the time of delivery or to present a social security card and/or credit card.
The management of the site reserves the right to cancel the supply of items that have a clerical error or a pen error regarding their price, description, shipping fees, and delivery dates.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We are a small business and each item is carefully created just for you. Please be sure to thoroughly read the descriptions on each item prior to placing your order. Our items are handmade and photographed to the best of our ability, however exact colors may vary based on the screen they are viewed on.
As stated in our product descriptions, each item will have some character imperfections, charm and natural inconsistencies. It is the nature of our materials to have slight variations in wood tone, grain and knots. These are not seen as flaws, they are what makes our products even more unique and special.
Orders that have been shipped are not eligible for a cancellation or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.
According to the law in Israel, when canceling a transaction (for a product that has not been shipped), a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the product/service, or NIS 100, whichever is the lower, will be charged.
Cancellation of a transaction will be done according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: “the Law”). Or, alternatively, exchange the product for an alternative product of equivalent value or a monetary credit, all as detailed below: Cancellation of the transaction within one hour and up to 24 hours from the moment Completing the ordering of the items on the website and before the delivery of the item – will be done by means of a telephone cancellation message to the customer service on the website.
