How To Hang My Planter?

Hang your planter in under 10 mins! Each planter includes screws and dowels for quick setup.
Can be hung on all types of walls (drywall, concrete, wood…)

A Short Guide –
1. Find the spot you like on the wall
2. level the stand on the wall
3. mark the holesfor the screw with a pencil
4. set the stand aside and drill holes for the dowels
5. insert the dowels into the holes
6. place the stand over the holes and screw in the screws. that’s it!

What is the weight capacity?

Most of our planters has a weight capacity of | 35 kg / 77 lbs, and some has weight capacity of 50 kg / 110 lbs. Please check the product details before ordering.

How do I clean my planter?

Can be cleaned with a damp cloth, all our planters are made out of metal and painted with epoxy automotive paint. Your planter can be hung indoor and out, and can tolerate all weather conditions.

What is my planter made of?

All our planters are handmade with love in our family workshop thats been running for over 35 years. All our products are made out of metal and painted with 3 layers of car paint for extra durability. (*Painted with epoxy automotive paint) Your planter can be hung indoor and out, and can tolerate all weather conditions.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

We Ship Worldwide! Wordwide Shipping is NOW open. Orders are shipped via Registered Mail “Israel Post” depending the size and region. Please note they may take longer to arrive to your address. Please visit checkout to view the current shipping rate.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 15-30 business days for your order to be shipped. We appreciate your patience as your planter are being handmade especially for you.

How can I track my package?

When your order is shipped you will receive new email from us you , that includes tracking number that will help you track your order.

My package is lost/stolen. What do I need to do?

Oh no! Please make sure that the shipping address you provide to us is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once they are picked up by “Israel Post Services”. We will do our best to help you locate the package through the tracking number provided to you. If you need any further assistance or information, please contact us!

My package arrived damaged. What do I need to do?

We always ship your items in perfect condition. Unfortunately, a package that is damaged during shipping is common. Please contact us and provide photos of the damaged product, so that we can assist you.

My package was returned to you by the carrier. Can you reship it?

Yes! After we’ve received the returned package and confirmed that the items are still in good condition, we will reach out to you. We require payment for the full shipping cost and will send an invoice to collect that amount. Once that is paid and the correct address has been confirmed, the package will be reshipped out to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have been shipped are not eligible for a cancellation or refund.
Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We are a small business and each planter is carefully created just for you. Please be sure to thoroughly read the descriptions on each item prior to placing your order. Our items are handmade and photographed to the best of our ability, however exact colors may vary based on the screen they are viewed on.
